In 2020, due to the pandemic, we started and realized that we had magic in our hands and dreamed of having our own restaurant where we could share our love for food and our traditions, with a little bit of the aromas, colors, and flavors from City of Mexico and Oaxaca. A place where people can enjoy Mexican stews, celebrate their special occasions, listen to good music, and share a love for food.
Currently, we are starting as a catering service for special events of any occasion, with the goal of achieving our dream of opening a restaurant.
BEHIND THE BUSINESS
We are Amalia and Saúl, born in Mexico City (CDMX). Together, we have worked in restaurants for almost 25 years and have learned a lot from it.
With great effort, we applied to La Cocina and started participating in their incubation program in 2023.
